What this site is

Central Texas Metal Buildings is a marketing and lead generation service operated by Compass Camper LLC (Oregon), doing business as Compass Lead Group. Compass Camper LLC is not a licensed contractor and does not perform metal building construction work. A building is built under a contract between you and the independent local contractor you sign with, and Compass Camper LLC is not a party to it.

Information on this site

What this site publishes about city and county permits, TDLR registration, the Edwards Aquifer program, stormwater coverage, septic, utilities and financing is general information, printed with the primary source and the date it was read. Agencies rewrite their pages, fee schedules move, and a city inside a county does not have to match the county. Confirm a requirement with the office that enforces it before you spend money against it. None of it is legal, engineering or lending advice.

Requests

A request sent through the form is an introduction and nothing more. It hires nobody, it puts no contractor under an obligation to take the job, and it is not a contract for work. The price, the schedule, the workmanship and the conduct are the contractor's, agreed between you and them, and Compass Camper LLC warrants none of it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Compass Camper LLC is not liable for loss arising out of your use of this site or out of any contract you make with a contractor introduced through it, including loss tied to the work, to delay, or to a permit decision by a city, a county or a state agency. The law of the State of Oregon governs these terms.
